Skyline.

It is a short story about three best friends Lee, Raj and Sam who want to go to the fair. They are neighbours who live next door to each other. Raj and Sam have money for the fair while Lee does not have any. Ra and Sam decide to help Lee to get some money by doing some chores for their parents. First, they wash Sam’s father’s car. Instead of washing the car, they start playing with water and make a mess. This angers Sam’s father and they do not get any money from him. Next, they take Mrs. Green’s dog, Micky for a walk at the park. Mrs. Green gives Lee a pound. But, earlier Micky caused a little girl’s ball at the park to become flat. Lee gives his one pound to the girl so that she could buy a new ball. Lee is fed up because he does not have money for the fair. Lee, Ra and Sam discuss what other jobs to do. They see a woman walking by carrying a big bag of heavy shopping. Her purse falls out from the bag. She does not notice. Lee picks up the purse and finds a lot of money inside. He decides to return it to the woman. The woman is happy and gives Lee five pounds. Lee is happy now that he can go the fair with his best friends, Raj and Sam.
